Bring a brown bag to this lunch-hour video, “Discussing Performance,” showing how to improve the quality of performance discussions between staff members and their managers. The video, for employees at all levels, teaches how to tackle contentious issues and how to work collaboratively.

The Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble (CITE)
This interactive theatrical experience is designed to foster a respectful and productive diverse workplace. Choose a morning or afternoon session.

CITE is an award-winning group of professional actors and facilitators who, through a number of carefully scripted scenarios and follow-up dialogue with their audiences, explore sensitive workplace issues in a safe and open forum. More than sensitivity training, participants leave CITE presentations with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of problematic situations in the workplace and strategies for managing and preventing such problems.

The Juggling Act: Balancing Work and Family
Learn to deal with guilt and take care of yourself in this one-hour workshop. Bring lunch. An optional session for discussion and/or role playing is included.
