Reducing childhood pressures
This seminar is designed to teach parents how to identify and reduce the pressures facing young children today. Participants will learn to identify developmental and environmental, parental, familial and peer pressures, as well as how to reframe and manage those pressures. The workshop is led by an expert from Penn’s Employee Assistance Program and Work & Family Benefits Provider. Please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch. Note: The last half hour is optional and will involve additional Q&A or related role-playing.

Dealing With the Finances of Elder Care
Is there an older relative in your life? Whether you are the caregiver or not, this seminar can help you learn to deal with current trends in elder care finances and estate planning.

Participants will also learn about wills, power of attorney, advance directives, navigation through Medicare and Medicaid systems, long term care insurance, housing and property issues and recent trends. This workshop is led by an expert from Penn’s Employee Assistance Program and Work & Family Benefits Provider. Please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
