Fall fitness
Now's the time to get healthy, with fall PennFit events, run by the Department of Recreation. Programs are free, open to all staff and faculty and take place at the Pottruck Center, 3701 Walnut St. from noon to 1 p.m. First up on Friday, Oct. 6 is Body Composition Measurements; Women on Weights, part 1 on Tuesday, Oct. 10, with part 2 on Thursday, Oct. 12; and Partner Workouts on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Model behavior
It's that time again. Time to nominate your Penn colleagues who have gone above and beyond the call of duty and shown true leadership, initiative and commitment. The Models of Excellence program has a new category, too, this year: the Model Supervisor Award. Nominations are due Nov. 13.
