From April 9 until April 20, Penn employees will have a chance to make changes in their health benefit choices. Materials with details about Open Enrollment will be mailed to employees’ homes, and the Division of Human Resources will hold information sessions to explain healthcare insurance options offered by the University.

Employees with questions about Open Enrollment can attend 45-minute information sessions on the following dates: March 20, School of Arts and Sciences, Wolf Room, McNeil Center at 11:30 a.m.; March 21, Vet School, New Bolton Center, Alumni Hall at 2 p.m.; March 23, Dietrich Hall, Room 351 at noon; March 26, Left Bank Building, Conference Room #1 at 9 a.m.; March 30, Dental School, Sig Seigal Boardroom, Evans Building at 12:30 p.m., and April 2, Houston Hall, Hall of Flags at 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. There also will be an Open Enrollment and Health Fair held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 10, Houston Hall, Hall of Flags.
