What discounts can I receive with my PennCard?
Dear Benny,
I’m a Penn employee and I recently came across an “Ask Benny” article from 2014 in which you reported that Penn faculty and staff can receive 10 percent off purchases at the Penn Bookstore with a PennCard. I was wondering, are there other discounts I can receive with my PennCard?

Thanks for reading. There are indeed a whole host of discounts you can receive with your PennCard, both on and off campus. In addition to the Bookstore discount, your PennCard also gets you free admission to the Penn Museum and the Morris Arboretum, and a 20 percent discount off hospital services at Penn Vet’s Ryan Hospital.

A small serving of discounts offered on YouDecide include a 25 percent discount at Jewelry.com; 20 percent off all orders from Advance Auto Parts; up to 35 percent off the regular box office price of movie tickets; 15 percent off at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM; 10 percent off a membership to the Philadelphia Museum of Art; 10 percent off MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAA, or concert tickets purchased through Premium Seats USA, and at least 25 percent off tickets to Six Flags.
All Penn employees with valid PennCards can also receive a 10 percent monthly membership discount at Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA and Regional Y Alliances, substantial discounts on new vehicles from Ford or General Motors, discounts on AT&T Wireless, Sprint Wireless, and Verizon Wireless plans and phones, and discounted rates at hundreds of participating fitness clubs in the Philadelphia area through GlobalFit.
