BEETHOVEN’S STRING QUARTETS

The Daedalus Quartet, Penn’s string quartet in residence, will perform the 16 masterpieces that make up Beethoven’s string quartet cycle, all in a single season, a feat believed to be a Philadelphia first. The Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts’ presentation of the full cycle will be showcased across eight performances during its 2017-18 season, taking place in a variety of venues across campus.

Join Philadelphia’s own master percussionist Omomola Iyabunmi for a sekere workshop at the Penn Museum on Wednesday evenings through March 14. All sessions are held in a gallery space, surrounded by ancient artifacts.
